About the handover
What if I am not home?
The driver calls you from the door. If we cannot hand it over, the box comes back to the cooler and we rebook your window at no charge.
How long does the box keep it cold?
Six hours unopened at a warm room temperature. Put it in the fridge when it arrives all the same.
Can I change the window after ordering?
Up to two hours before the window starts, from your orders page or by calling the shop.
Do you deliver outside these neighbourhoods?
Not yet. Collection from Third Street is free and ready from 2 pm on the day you order.
