Prices and weight
Board prices are per pound. Every cut is weighed after trimming and you pay for what we cut: the total at checkout is an estimate, and the charge is adjusted to the actual weight, never more than 10 percent above the estimate without asking you.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a lot runs out before we cut your order, we call you to offer the closest cut or remove the line and refund it.
Delivery
We deliver inside the neighbourhoods listed on the delivery page, in the window you pick. Delivery is $14, free from $250 after the member discount is taken off.
Freshness guarantee
If anything arrives above 4C, damaged or not as described, tell us the same day with a photo and we refund or replace it, whichever you prefer. Fresh meat cannot be returned for any other reason.
Membership
The Reserve is billed monthly and can be skipped, paused or ended before the 20th for the next month. Discounts apply to board prices, not to offers already reduced.
Qurban and Aqiqah
A reservation is a request, not a purchase. The price is agreed when we call to confirm, and a confirmed Qurban can be cancelled for a full refund until three days before Eid.
