What the Reserve changes
The board first
Members see the morning board at 5:30, an hour before everyone else, and can hold a cut until noon.
Your window, kept
Priority members keep the same window every week. If it is full, it is full for others, not for you.
Less on every cut
Up to 15 percent off the board price, on every order, taken off before delivery is worked out.

Before you join
How is the allocation chosen?
The cutter builds it from what is best on the board that week and your notes: no pork, of course, and if you never want offal or always want the bone in, we write it down once and keep to it.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Skip or pause from your account before the 20th and the next month is not charged. Three skips in a row and we will ask if you want to step down a tier.
Does the discount stack with the weekend reserve?
The member discount applies to the board price; weekend offers are already reduced and do not take a second discount.
What if I move outside the route?
Your membership pauses until you are back inside it, or we refund the current month if you would rather end it.
